Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GuildOS service (the "Service") operated by GuildOS ("GuildOS", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GuildOS is a content-automation platform that helps creators and small teams plan, generate, schedule and publish content to third-party platforms (such as TikTok and YouTube) that you explicitly connect to your workspace. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may evolve over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscription and billing
Access to the Service is on a recurring subscription basis. Pricing, billing periods and payment methods are described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except where required by law.
4. Connected platforms (TikTok, YouTube and others)
The Service interacts with third-party platforms through their official developer APIs. When you connect a platform account to GuildOS, you authorise us to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant.
You agree that:
- you own, or are authorised to manage, the platform accounts you connect;
- your use of those platforms through GuildOS will comply with the applicable platform terms (including, without limitation, TikTok's Terms of Service, TikTok Developer Terms, and YouTube's Terms of Service);
- you are responsible for the content you publish through the Service, including its compliance with each platform's community guidelines and applicable law;
- for content posted to TikTok, you accept TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, where commercial-content disclosures apply, TikTok's Branded Content Policy. The Service surfaces these acknowledgements at the moment of posting;
- you may revoke GuildOS's access to a connected platform at any time, either from inside the Service or directly from that platform's app-permissions settings.
We may suspend a connected-platform integration if the platform requires us to, or if we determine that continued operation would violate that platform's developer terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that infringes another party's rights;
- publish sexual content involving minors, or any other content prohibited by the connected platform;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- generate or distribute spam, deceptive engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour;
- circumvent, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its underlying providers;
- interfere with the integrity, performance or security of the Service.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, with or without notice.
6. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of the briefs, prompts, source materials and published content that pass through your workspace, subject to the underlying model providers' standard terms. You grant GuildOS a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
GuildOS retains ownership of the Service itself, including its software, agents, designs and documentation.
7. Third-party services and AI models
The Service relies on third-party providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, AI model providers, the connected platforms themselves). Their availability and terms are outside our direct control. AI generation may produce inaccurate or unexpected output; you are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and incidents will be communicated where reasonable.
9. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your continued use of the Service exposes us or our providers to legal or reputational risk, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination we will deactivate your workspace, revoke stored OAuth tokens and delete cached third-party data within 30 days.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GuildOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GuildOS harmless from any claim arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights — including claims brought by a connected platform.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Norway, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
